U.Kiyalov served as chief specialist-accountant of KSI "Apparatus of akim of Kordai rural districts." From January 2015 on April 2016 he used his official position and digital signature of akim of Kordai rural district, too calculated and listed the budget KSI workers under the guise of salaries and bonuses, concluded bogus contracts with entrepreneurs through inclusion in the official documents clearly false information. Thus, U.Kiyalov by his criminal actions has caused material damage to the state in the amount of 9,652,041 tenge.

Resolution of the specialized inter-district juvenile court of Semey city of East Kazakhstan region E.Dyachenko is found guilty of committing of an administrative offense under Part. 1, Art. 127 of the Administrative Code (failure to comply with their parents or other legal representatives of the child-rearing responsibilities) and subjected to an administrative penalty of a fine in the amount of 7 MCI.
