By courts of Kyzylorda region in order of mediation in one day was discontinued 4 cases

By courts of Kyzylorda region is carried out purposeful work on the development of the institution of mediation.

In Aral region work 18 mediators. Created official register of non-professional mediators posted on the web site of district akimat and regional court.

The efforts for the implementation of mediation institute gave good results. The number of court disputes resolved with the participation of mediators, began to increase. Thus, in Aral district court only for one day was over 3 civil and 1 criminal cases with the approval of the agreements of the parties to settle the dispute in order of mediation.

These civil cases brought by JSC "Kazakhtelecom" for the recovery of arrears of subscription fees to the defendant K.Amireeva in the sum 115634 tenge, and the defendant A.Orazalieva in the sum 77632 tenge and the criminal case against the accused B.Kultinov under part 1 of Article 175 Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (theft, i.e. the secret theft of another's property).

Professional mediator B.Berdaliev under Article 27 of the Law "On Mediation" resolved the dispute between the parties on the above cases, presented the court with a written agreement on the settlement of the dispute between the parties.

Based on this production by the above-mentioned cases was discontinued.
