Almaty City Court settled a mediation agreement between legal entities

Almaty City Court considered a civil case at the legal claim of JSC "Leasing Group" to the LLP "Corporation" Derzhava "on recovery of debt, settled a mediation agreement between the parties.

JSC "Leasing Group" went to court with a legal claim to the LLP "Corporation" Derzhava " on recovery the debt in the amount of 84.28 million tenge, and court costs.

By the decision of specialized inter-district economic court of Almaty JSC "Leasing Group" legal claim was partially satisfied. With LLP "Corporation" Derzhava "in favor of the claimant is recovered the amount of financial assistance in the amount of 84.28 million tenge, the costs of the state fee in the amount of 2,582,400 tenge.

Disagreed with the court decision, the defendant filed an appeal, in which he asked to cancel the first instance court decision.

The court of appeal the parties have been declared the writing request for mediation conduct by the judge. Therefore, to conduct mediation in civil appellate court case was transferred to the judge of the collegial structure.

The parties signed mediation agreement under which the defendant undertook to repay the debt till 31 October 2016.

Almaty City Court canceled the instance court decision and settled meditation agreement between the parties. Proceeding on this civil case dismissed.
