Aktobe court in connection with the reconciliation of the parties ceased the civil case by proceeding

Aktobe Court considered the civil case under S. legal claim to the defendant K. on recovery as a compensation of 754 415 tenge material, 6 000 000 KZT non-pecuniary damage and 80 000 tenge representation expenses.
The Court found that in April 2013, K. on her car hit S., crossing the road on the strip with the sign "Pedestrian crossing".
By specialized administrative court decision of Aktobe K. is found guilty under Art. 468-1 CAO with her was recovered the fine in state revenue in the amount of 432 750 tenge.
