The chairman of Almaty City Court and Almaty Akim signed a Memorandum on mutual cooperation

Almaty City Court and Almaty Akimat signed a Memorandum on mutual cooperation.

Almaty akim Baurzhan Baibek and chairman of the Almaty City Court Akzhan Eshtay signed the memorandum.

The representatives of the Apparatus of Almaty akim, city departments, the judiciary corps and the Almaty courts Administrator took part in the ceremony of the Memorandum signing.

In his speech, Almaty akim B. Baibek noted that in the daily activities of state authorities an important place occupied the question of relations of executive and judicial powers. The Akim city has welcomed the initiative to develop joint efforts of state authorities to ensure harmony and stability in society. B.Baibek stressed the high importance of the active conciliation procedures application, particularly non-professional mediation institute.

The chairman of Almaty City Court A.Eshtay also said about the importance of the signed document, his focus on the implementation of the fundamental constitutional principle of the social cohesion and political stability, addressing the most important issues of state by democratic methods.

The memorandum will ensure cooperation in the field of strengthening of cooperation in the comprehensive development and active implementation of the pre- institutions trial and out of court settlement of disputes (conflicts), the wide application of information technologies in court proceedings, enhance interaction on the formation of lists of candidates for jurors.

In particular, on the basis of the agreement, Akimat of Almaty and Almaty City Court will begin joint systematic work to conduct explanatory work among the population in the three priority areas for the opening of the mediation offices in the district akimat of Almaty, to bring to the development of non-professional mediation institute representatives of non-governmental sector and citizens who have authority in the society.
