Court reinstated the plaintiff's right to the former position

In the district court №2 of Almalinsky district of Almaty city is considered a civil case at the suit of  Kozhakhmet R. to LLP "International oil service company SINOPEK Kazakhstan" for reinstatement, the recognition of the order illegal, for the recovery of wages and moral damage.

Of the civil case materials is seen that the plaintiff appealed to the court for protection of his labor rights motivating his claims that he was fired from the above LLP illegally.

The court considered the civil case ruled that the plaintiff's claims are subject to partial satisfaction. Thus, the court reinstated the plaintiff's right to continue to occupy his post, ruled that the order of dismissal unlawful, the plaintiff sought the wages for the period of enforced truancy.

The court's decision did not enter into force.
