The court of Petropavlovsk has canceled the decision of the housing commission on eviction of the participant of the program "Road map of employment 2020" from official housing

T. went to the court No. 2 in the city of Petropavlovsk of the North-Kazakhstan region with a legal claim to the KSU "Center for employment of the population of the akimat of Petropavlovsk of the North-Kazakhstan region" on recognizing the decision of the housing commission as illegal and repealing the decision.

The court found that since 2011 the plaintiff is a participant in the program "Employment Road Map 2020", according to which she studied at Petropavlovsk Building and Economic College. Since May 2014 T. began to work in the branch "Esil Su" RSE "Kazvodkhoz". Based on the abovementioned program, in 2015, T. for living was given a room in the hostel for up to 5 years without the right to privatize. However, later the housing commission of KSU "Center for employment of the population of the Akimat of Petropavlovsk SKO" made a decision to evict and terminate the contract of employment with T. The reason for the termination of the contract of hiring and eviction was that T. in the hostel does not live and since August 15, 2016 transferred to work at another production site of the Yesil Su branch.

By a decision of the court No. 2 of Petropavlovsk it was declared illegal and cancelled the decision of the housing commission on termination of the contract for hiring (renting) an office dwelling and eviction of the participant of the program "Employment road map 2020" from the provided official housing due to the fact that the labor relations with the enterprise have not been terminated by the plaintiff, she was only transferred to another production site.

The decision did not enter into legal force.
