The court of Aktobe city restored plaintiff's right to the former position

Today in the court of Aktobe considered a civil case on the claim O.Bekmaganbetov to the regional branch passenger transport "Western" JSC "Passenger transport" on the recognition orders of dismissal illegal, reinstatement and recovery of wages for the period of forced absence.

Plaintiff O.Bekmaganbetov went to court arguing his claims that the order of №1072 on October 30 of 2013 was subject to disciplinary action in the form of a reprimand, by order of April 2 of 2014 was illegally dismissed from the post of Chief passenger train Mangyshlak site.

The plaintiff's claim was partially satisfied by the court. Director’s orders from October 30 of 2013 and April 2 of 2014 were declared illegal and canceled.

The inspection report of March 17 of 2014, compiled by the instructor A.Zhumagaliev was invalidated.

O.Bekmaganbetov restored to its former position on April 2 of 2014.

With JSC "Passenger transport" was collected in favor O.Bekmaganbetov wages during his forced absence in the amount of 941,040 tenge less specified deductions, compensation for moral damages in the amount of 20 000 tenge.

The court's decision did not enter into force.
