Chairman of Akmola regional court carried out reception of citizens

Today the chairman of Akmola regional court Abdikanov Nurgazy Abenovich carried out reception of citizens on private matters.

At the reception at the chairman of the court there were 8 people from different parts of the region.

Registration was carried out previously, at the reception were all interested.

Each of those who came to the reception had its history. Some passed the courts: district court, appeals board. With the request to take control of the resolution of the case treated citizens who explained that anybody and any authority cannot take control of the proceedings in court, the judge is independent in adjudication.

One of the region's residents appealed the disputed property issues. Citizen was explained that he needed to write an application to a higher instance court.

Basically, citizens' complaints are concerning judicial decisions in criminal and civil cases, housing, and labor relations. All addressed to the reception citizens were given answers and explanations to their questions.
