Chairman of the Military Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Saken Abdullayev received in online format servicemen of Shymkent garrison.

On that day in the military court of Shymkent garrison the servicemen of military units and military institutions of the garrison arrived to ask the chairman their questions via video conferencing. They asked questions about housing and labor relations, changes in legislation. In addition, they interested in the transformations occurred in the judicial system, in particular, the implementation of three-tier model of legal proceedings, the jurisdiction of military courts and how they differ from other courts of general jurisdiction.

S.Abdullaev gave exhaustive answers to all the questions, explained the provisions of the new Civil Procedure Code, in particular, spoke about the terms of consideration of cases, extend the scope of summary proceedings in civil cases, and the possibility of sending the legal claim via the service "Judicial office".

He stressed that paid special attention to increasing confidence in the judicial system, the strengthening of its role in protecting the rights and lawful interests of servicemen, the development of e-justice, raising its transparency and accessibility.

S.Abdullaev informed the participants that the November 21, 2016 there was VII Congress of Judges with the participation of President Nursultan Nazarbayev, where was adopted by the new Code of Judicial Ethics, and summed up the development of the judicial system in recent years, including in the context of the implementation of Plan of Nation "100 concrete steps" outlined the priorities for the further development of the judicial system of the country.
