In Specialized Inter-district court of criminal cases of South Kazakhstan region completed the trial with a jury in a criminal case initiated on the murder that took place in the building of a multi-broad college Kentau city.
During the trial it was found that the defendant Torehan T. being in college hall, shot in the minor Tursumatova A. from traumatic weapons model "OCA". As a result of his injuries minor Tursumatov A. died.
Defendant T.S.S. with the aim of organization of illegal migration by providing transportation services for illegal movement on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and exit from it, with his brother D.S.S., being on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan without a passport, left from the village Kotyaevka, Atyrau region in Astrakhan city of the Russian Federation. Today in Bulandy district court of Akmola region held an open day for the students of secondary schools in the district.
The Chairman of the district court and the judge R.Shakuanov and the judge B.Ahmetzhanov had a conversation with the students of the senior classes. During the meeting, the students were active and asked questions about the judicial system. After the conversation was organized a brief tour at the courthouse district.
Today in Burabay district court of Akmola region started a three-day international workshop on "Application the regulations of the new criminal and criminal procedurе legislation."
The workshop was organized in the framework of implementation of a United state Plan for the transition to a new model of criminal and criminal procedure codes, approved by the order of the Head of the State dated April 9, 2014.
