Today in Mangistau regional court in the context of cooperation of the Union of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the representation of the American Bar Association «ABA CEELI» held a joint scientific-practical workshop for young judges. The workshop discussed the procedure of drawing up a judgment in civil cases.

The event was organized for the first time held in Mangistau, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Central Council of the Union of Judges.

Bulandy district court of Akmola region considered an administrative case against a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the offense provided for in paragraph 4 of Article 396 of Administrative Offences Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan - employment of person without citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan without permission.
