On 9 September, 2014 in the Economic Court of Astana city is considered a civil case at the suit of LLP "MTS Alliance" to the LLP "Corporation ASTV Spetsstroy" for the recovery of the principal amount, taking into account the state duty in the amount of 11,688,937 tenge.
During the period from 2009 to 2013 between the above companies were conducted contractual and non-contractual relationships.
