Completed the trial with the participation of a jury

In Specialized Inter-district court of criminal cases of South Kazakhstan region completed the trial with a jury in a criminal case initiated on the murder that took place in the building of a multi-broad college Kentau city.

During the trial it was found that the defendant Torehan T. being in college hall, shot in the minor Tursumatova A. from traumatic weapons model "OCA". As a result of his injuries minor Tursumatov A. died.

By court sentence the defendant Torehan T. was found guilty of an offense under paragraph "j" part 2 of Article 96 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was sentenced to imprisonment for 13 years.

The verdict has not entered into force
