In West Kazakhstan regional court judges met with students

At the initiative of the Western Kazakhstan regional court in conjunction with the RPA "Kazakhstan Union of Lawyers" in the West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisov meeting was organized for judges and lawyers in the region with the students of universities dedicated to explaining the new laws of the country, which would take effect from 1 January 2015 year.

The chairman of the specialized administrative court of Uralsk city Galymjan Ishchanov told about the new Administrative Offenses Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its features. In his turn, the chairman of the specialized court on criminal cases of WKO Akgul Karasaeva told about the main novellas of the Criminal and Criminal Procedure, Criminal Executive Code.

Also the chairman of specialized juvenile court of WKO Farida Kurmanova spoke before students and elaborated on the regulations of the new laws relating to the protection of the rights of minors.

Also at the meeting took part the executive secretary of the branch of the RPA "Kazakhstan Union of Lawyers," retired judge K. Bataeva and head of the regional department of Justice A. Muhitova.

Workshop participants responded to questions from the students regarding innovations in the legislation.
