There were seminars for young judges in the North Kazakhstan regional court

In the North Kazakhstan regional court there were seminars for young judges with experience from 1 to 3 years, organized by the Board of mentors.

The Chairman of the North Kazakhstan regional court Myratgali Aketay spoke welcoming speech, who noted that the training of young judges is one of the priorities in the work of the Council of the mentors and Training centers.

"One of the major challenges currently facing young judges, is increase the professional skills and qualifications, to avoid miscarriages of justice of the facts, violation of the rule of law and judicial ethics. For this purpose, it is necessary to constantly study the legislation and judicial practice to strive for the production of competent, motivated judicial acts properly organize the process, constantly work on personal organization, and make plans for independent learning "- the chairman of the regional court added.

All generalizations of jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan on different categories of cases are sent to the district and equivalent courts, in order to apply uniform judicial practice.

A judge of Specialized administrative court of Petropavlovsk city Akpanova A.K. spoke on: "The application of sanctions for contempt of court." During her speech, the judge Akpanova A.K. explained the procedure for bringing the perpetrators of violations during the trial of the criminal, civil and administrative cases, as well as outside the judicial process. She gave some examples of specific violations of the practice of the Administrative Court, demonstrated video fixation of trial with the available facts of violations, expressing contempt of court during the trial of administrative cases.

At the end of the event the young judges noted the importance of the workshop for practice.

As a result of seminars for young judges are given explanations and recommendations on making judicial acts on specific types of cases.
