There was a training of young judges in the North Kazakhstan regional court

In the North Kazakhstan regional court by the Council of mentors conducted workshops for young judges with experience of up to 2 years.

The purpose of the event is professional development and training of young judges.

Within the framework of the training workshop were discussed issues of compliance by young judges of judicial ethics, the prevention of corruption offenses in the judicial system, the practice of consideration of administrative cases by young judges, the quality of administration of justice in the first 9 months of 2015. They also discussed the outcome of the review of judicial decisions made by newly appointed judges in 2015.

Participants were shown a video of the main trial, chaired by a young judge. Following the results of review judges of the regional court assessed the compliance with procedural law by the judge in the conduct of the trial.

Following the event, the mentors Council recommended young judges to comply with judicial ethics, strive for manufacturing competent, motivated judicial acts properly organize the trial. Particular attention should be paid to constant self-improvement, self-learning, the study of existing legislation in order to prevent the facts of miscarriages of justice and violations of the law.

It should be noted that the issue of young judges mentoring is being constantly monitored by management of the North Kazakhstan regional court.
