In Karaganda regional court discussed the methods of judgments in civil cases

In Karaganda regional court in the framework of cooperation of the Union of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the office of the American Bar Association «ABA CEELI» held a joint scientific-practical workshop for young judges on "Methods of judgments in civil cases."

Invited as guests of honor - the chairman of the Union of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serik Baybatyrov Katenovich, retired judge of the Supreme Court Nikolai Ivanovich Mamontov, a retired judge of the North-Kazakhstan regional court Kuanova Inessa Zaynullaevna, head of the Kazakhstani representative of the American Association of Jurists Tashmuhambetova Sholpan Zhenisovna provided practical assistance for young judges and made presentations.

Also at the event took part judges and employees of the Office of the courts of Karaganda region.

The chairman of Karaganda regional court M.T. Alimbekov noted the importance of such meetings for young judges.

Within the workshop participants learned about the method of foreign judgments, particularly the structure of the judgment, the best examples of world practice on the compilation of judicial decisions, and also analyzed the standard of judicial decisions.

During the workshop, N.I. Mamontov shared his experience, explained the young judges on practical examples preparing cases for trial in civil cases claim proceedings.

At the end of the workshop, young judges expressed the Union of Judges of Kazakhstan and experts N.Mamontov and I. Kuanova their gratitude for the acquisition of knowledge.
