In the North-Kazakhstan region the dispute settled in order of mediation

Kyzylzhar District Court of North-Kazakhstan region considered a civil case for recovery of the debt under the loan agreement.
In November 2014 between the plaintiff and the defendant has been concluded a loan agreement in the amount of 17.725 million tenge with the debt repayment obligation until 29 December 2014. However, to date the debt was not repaid.
 

State traffic officer is convicted in the NKR

The Kyzylzhar district court of the North-Kazakhstan region considered a criminal case against a senior police lieutenant K.Baykadamov.

K.Baykadamov working in office of state traffic officer, personally handed over the theoretical and practical exams to obtain a driver's license for two people. Later, they were illegally issued certificates for driving license category "B".

Court number 2 of Petropavlovsk restored the violated employee’s rights

Petropavlovsk resident R. Safiullin has worked as a driver in the LLP «Kazgrain Inspection» according to the concluded on March 11, 2002 labor agreement.

At the end of the year 2014 the director of LLP under subparagraph 6) of paragraph 1 of Article 54 of the Labour Code dismissed R. Safiullin, indicating in the order of dismissal grounds his absence without valid reasons for three or more hours per working day. Having expressed his disagreement with dismissal, R. Safiullin seized the court № 2 of Petropavlovsk of the North Kazakhstan region.

In the NKR they discussed the implementation of justice on a new model of legal proceedings

In the North Kazakhstan regional court there was a seminar on: "Some problems of administration of justice under the new three-tier model of proceedings" with the participation of judges of regional, district and equivalent courts.

Opening the event, chairman of the North Kazakhstan regional court M.Aketay noted that today the entire judicial system activity is aimed at implementation the provisions of Plan of Nation "100 concrete steps", one of which is the transition to three-tier court system.
