In the Supreme Court is elected new staff of the Court Jury

Today, on 2nd of June 2015 at the plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan was elected the new staff of the Court jury. In accordance with Article 38-1 of the Constitutional Law "On the Judicial System and Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Court jury is established to determine the suitability of active judge confirm the right of a judge to resign and its termination, and the consideration of the disciplinary proceedings, disciplinary cases against judges.
