Today, the Supreme Court held a working meeting of the Head of the Department to ensure the activity of the courts under the Supreme Court Ispanov I.S. with the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Holding Group" Almex "and representative of the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan Esenbaev M.T. and with the Chairman of the Board of JSC "NIT" on judicial authority interaction with the information systems of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ensebaev R.S.

Specialized Inter-district Economic court of the Karaganda region considered a civil case under the claim of specialized nature protection prosecutor’s office of the Karaganda region to LLP «Silicium Kazakhstan» for the recovery of the amount of damage caused by pollution in the amount of 258 850 730 tenge.
