The Supreme Court has been organized a seminar in Southern Kazakhstan regional court

Today on the basis of training center of the Southern Kazakhstan regional court the regional seminar on a subject: "Appeal of actions of tax, customs authorities. Pre-judicial settlement of disputes with state bodies" took place. Action is organized by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Judges of the Supreme Court Zhanylsyn Arkharova and Aygul Saparova, judges of regional courts of Almaty, Zhambyl, Kyzylorda, South Kazakhstan regions, Almaty city court, chairmen and judges of local courts, representatives of Committee and regional departments of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance, prosecution authorities, regional Bar, commercial and other organizations, candidates for a position for judges, and also representatives of the mass media took part at the seminar.

Opening the action the chairman of the Southern Kazakhstan regional court Nurserik Sharipov especially noted importance and the importance of the subject touched at a seminar as the correct and uniform application of the tax and customs law is very important that influences not only dynamics of development of disputable situations in society, image of authorized bodies before the population, but also directly on financial policy and interests of the state.

Issues of settlement of tax disputes in extrajudicial procedure, practice of consideration of civil cases according to the appeal of notifications of tax authorities of violation by taxpayers of the tax law, the appeal of actions of tax authorities, also about recognition valid the transactions made with the pseudo-enterprises, practice of consideration of the civil cases connected with application of the customs legislation, appeal of actions of customs authorities, and also pre-judicial settlement of disputes with state bodies were discussed during the seminar.

By results of discussion by participants of the seminar the corresponding recommendations are accepted.

In the second half of day the draft of the new Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan was considered.

During discussion participants exchanged the opinions according to innovations of the draft of the new Code. The general conclusion following the results of discussion: offers and recommendations which are made in this bill conform to modern realities and requirements of time. It was noted that the new law is focused, mainly, on simplification of procedure for the purpose of hearing of cases in court in the shortest terms, ensuring availability and openness of courts.

In final part of a seminar the judges exchanged opinions concerning mechanisms of application of some standards of the new law in jurisprudence.
