The district court No. 2 of Oktyabr district of Karaganda city considered criminal case against the former lawyer of Karaganda regional Bar M. Blashchenko. She is accused on Art.177 p.2 by the item "a, c", Art. 177 p.4 the item “b”, (the fraud committed by a group of persons upon a preliminary collusion in especially large scale repeatedly), 321 p.1 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Kazakhstan (use of force or the threat to use force with regard to a representative authority on account of the fulfillment of his official duties).

The e-book reader " Sot toreligy " about activity of the courts of Akmola region has been published. There have been published articles and interview of judges of Akmola region in it. The author of this book is the correspondent of the “Zan Gazety” newspaper Kalkoz Zhusup.

In materials of this book the author tells about judges, their difficult work on administration of justice, opens their vital views and reflections about the right and its application.
