The chairman of the Southern Kazakhstan regional court Sharipov Nurserik Karimovich who spoke the congratulatory speech to judges of cassation judicial board Botabekov Bakytzhan Azimbayevich and Zhaksylykov Sabit Baktybayevich, noted: "In all sincerity I congratulate you on 60-year anniversary! You for many years work in judicial system, having devoted your life to justice.
Due to the celebration of the 70 anniversary of the Great Victory under the leadership of the chairman of Akmola regional court Abdikanov N. A., in the museum of Akmola regional court Military Hall of Fame devoted to judges – to participants of the Great Patriotic War is created.
In the opening day judges and the staff of courts of region, and also representatives of mass media visited Military Hall of Fame.
Today Kazybekbiy district court of Karaganda city considered the petition for extension of period under guard against ex-akim of Karaganda region Baurzhan Abdishev for acquaintance with criminal case file.
Baurzhan Abdishev is accused according to the Art. 307 p. 4 (abuse of official powers), Art. 310 p. 3 (illegal participation in the entrepreneurial activity) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
