Today on the basis of training center of Aktobe regional court the regional seminar on a subject: "Topical issues of execution proceeding", organized by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place.
Today there was a next plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the chairmanship of Kayrat Mami.
In the agenda of the meeting – two drafts of regulatory resolutions of the Supreme Court, amendments and additions in Regulations of plenary session, and also consideration of staff of supervisory judicial divisions of the Supreme Court.
Plenary session of the Supreme Court works as a part of the Chairman, chairmen of judicial divisions and judges of the Supreme Court.
