Pilot project on the implementation of pre-trial settlement of disputes for certain categories of cases in action

F. went to the Tyulkubasky District Court of the South-Kazakhstan region with a legal claim against M. to collect alimony for her maintenance.

In the course of the preparation of the case for the hearing, the former spouses were explained their rights about the possibility of settlement the dispute in the order of mediation.

With the participation of a professional mediator A.Tulesov, a settlement agreement was concluded between the plaintiff and the defendant, according to which M. promised to pay alimony for maintenance on a monthly basis until the child reached the age of three. In turn, F. applied with the court to approve the settlement agreement and the termination of the civil case.

Based on the concluded amicable agreement on the settlement of the dispute in order of mediation between the plaintiff and the defendant, this civil case is terminated.

The courts of the South-Kazakhstan region are actively working on the implementation of the pilot project of the Supreme Court on the implementation of pre-trial settlement of disputes (conflicts) in certain categories of cases, in accordance with part one of Article 48 of the CPC.
