In Pavlodar, judges discussed the application of tax and customs legislation

The judges, representatives of the prosecutor's office, the State Revenue Department, as well as Atameken Chamber of Entrepreneurs took part in the work of the "round table" on: "Issues of application of tax and customs legislation" in the Pavlodar regional court.

Opening the event, the chairman of the judicial collegium of the regional court A. Kuzekov noted that the Head of State in his Message "The Third Modernization: Global Competitiveness" defined a new course for creating a new model of economic growth that would ensure Kazakhstan's global competitiveness. In this regard, the country is implementing reforms aimed at protecting private property, ensuring the rule of law and equality of everyone before the law.

The judge of the regional court P.Afanasiadi delivered a report on the judicial practice of considering civil cases on legal claims for recognizing the state registration of legal entities invalid. In his report, he noted the need for a uniform judicial practice in cases of this category.

Speaking about the problematic issues arising in the consideration of administrative cases in the field of taxation, the judge of the administrative court S. Iskakbekova noted the important importance in the resolution of cases the correct execution of materials by the authorized authorities.

Judge of the Economic Court A. Slam spoke about the practice of consideration cases related to challenging notifications of tax authorities introduced by the results of recognizing the invalid registration of a legal entity.

As a result of the "round table" between its participants, there was an exchange, they made recommendations on further improving law enforcement activities in the field of tax and customs legislation.
