Judges of Pavlodar discussed the matters of the quality of consideration cases by courts

The chairman of the Pavlodar regional court Mukhtar Smagulov held an exit session of the presidium of the regional court in the city court to discuss the quality of consideration of civil and administrative cases by courts.

Speaking about the tasks set by the Head of State in the Address and the Plan of Nation, the judiciary corps activity to ensure the quality administration of justice, the elimination of red tape, and the strengthening of citizens' trust in the judicial system, the chairman of the regional court informed about the quality of administration of justice in civil and administrative cases.

Judges in the course of the work thoroughly discussed the shortcomings and violations committed by the courts, which led to the change or cancellation of judicial acts. Attention is drawn to the fact that personal responsibility for the state of work of the court rests with the chairmen of the courts.

At the end of the meeting, the chairman of the regional court called on the judges and chairmen of the courts to work effectively to improve the quality of the administration of justice, improve the timing of cases, intensify the use of civil procedural legislation innovations in the work, formulate a single judicial practice, and observe labor and performance discipline.
