The meeting of the chairman of the regional court Mukhtar Smagulov with representatives of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Pavlodar Region was held in the Pavlodar regional court.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the prospects of further cooperation in the field of protecting the entrepreneurs’ rights based on the principle of the rule of law, observance of justice and openness.
Speaking with a salutatory word, the chairman of the regional court M. Smagulov noted the importance of active cooperation in the protection of legal rights and interests of business entities. "The joint work will give a positive result to improve the indicators in the Global Competitiveness Index of the World Economic Forum," M. Smagulov emphasized.
The participants of the meeting agreed on performance of the joint targeted measures aimed at judicial protection of business.
During the meeting, the parties identified two thematic lines for joint work: training and educational, information and explanatory within the framework of which meetings, seminars, conferences, roundtables with the participation of the judiciary and business communities of the region are going to be held.
The possibility of further elaborating proposals to improve legislation affecting the rights and legitimate interests of businessmen, the active use of conciliation procedures at the pre-trial stage of settling disputes between the economic entities and the clarification of judicial practice in resolving economic disputes were discussed.
Director of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs Serik Baiseitov expressed gratitude and noted the importance of cooperation in the context of the implementation of the President's instructions on improving the business climate in the country in accordance with the priorities of the Strategy-2050. "It is encouraging that the judicial system has become more open to mutual dialogue on legal issues in the field of business protection" S. Baiseitov said.
The participants also discussed the draft Memorandum of mutual cooperation, which is scheduled to be signed on October 31 this year.
The representatives of RCE "Atameken" expressed readiness to implement the planned activities.
