The parties came to a settlement agreement

Today in the court of Aktobe city terminated civil case on the claim N. Kulekenova to LLC "Mix Decor" for reimbursement material damage, moral damage, in connection with the settlement agreement.

The plaintiff appealed to the court, saying their demands that signed contracts with LLC «Mix Decor" to manufacture, delivery and installation of products totaling 1.427 million tenge, but in time the defendant failed to fulfill its commitments. Directional claim against the defendant is left unanswered, and therefore the plaintiff was forced to sue.

At the hearing the parties came to a settlement agreement on the following conditions: the defendant LLC "Mix Decor" is obliged to eliminate the disadvantages associated with the manufacture and installation of products, and the plaintiff, in turn, rejects the claims.

Decision did not enter into force.
