Participants of the "round table" held in the Mangistau regional court discussed the matters of execution of judicial acts and penalties in the form of a fine.

Judges of the Prosecutor's Office and the Department of Justice, judicial executors, representatives of NGOs and the media took part in the event.

They discussed matters of compliance with the requirements of the law "On Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of the officers of the court", full and timely execution of judicial acts, as well as difficulties and problems arising in the course of execution of judicial acts.

Opening the event, the chairman of the judicial division for the criminal cases of the regional court E. Karabaev noted that the execution of judicial acts is an important part of the legal practice and shows the effectiveness of justice in the state.

Speaking at the event, the judge of Aktau City Court G. Adilsultani stressed that the judicial acts that came into legal force are binding for all state authorities, local self-government authorities, public organizations and officials and must be strictly enforced in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Non-execution of judicial acts, as well as display of contempt for court, entail liability provided for by law. In connection with non-enforcement of judicial acts that have entered into legal force, the process of protecting violated rights in court becomes meaningless, the right to access to justice is not exercised. In addition, he explained that the full and timely implementation of judicial decisions has a positive impact not only on the reputation of the judiciary, but also on the status of the state, and therefore this issue should be treated with special responsibility.

At the end of the event, they adopted proposals on the further resolution of issues in the system of execution of court decisions.
