The chairman of the Akmolinsk regional court Nurgazy Abdikanov held a meeting of regional judges to explain the Message of the President to the people of Kazakhstan "Third modernization of Kazakhstan: global competitiveness."

" Kazakhstan having passed the Third Modernization, must enter the list of 30 developed countries of the world. This is the goal of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan in the Message. To achieve this goal, the President outlined five key priorities, " the chairman of the regional court said in his speech.

"The use of digital technologies also concerns the judicial system. In legal proceedings, we will continue to develop the use of advanced electronic technologies in order to ensure the accessibility and transparency of the judicial system, enhancing the citizens' trust in the courts, "Abdikanov said.

The Head of State identified institutional reforms, security and fight against corruption as the fifth priority. As the chairman of the regional court emphasized, the judiciary corps of the region fully supports the Message of the President and is ready to fulfill the tasks aimed at protecting the rights and interests of citizens, ensuring the rule of law and equality of everyone before the law.

The President instructed to humanize the administrative and criminal legislation, reduce sanctions for violations in the business sphere, decriminalize economic structures with a low degree of public danger. All these steps will reduce the prison population, promote business support and development, and strengthen the country's economy.

Concluding the speech, the chairman of the court said that the judiciary corps should contribute to the tasks of further modernization of the country, as he confident in the success of the President's new initiatives for the well-being and prosperity of the people of Kazakhstan.
