Akmolinsk regional court

The chairman of the Akmolinsk regional court, Nurgazy Abdikanov, summing up the contest among journalists for the best coverage of the topic "Serving justice for the rule of law", thanked the media representatives for providing information support to the ongoing reforms in the judicial system and the judges’ activities.

N.Abdikanov awarded with Certificates 15 journalists for legal propaganda and explanatory work on the judiciary authorities activity following the results of the competition.

Akmolinsk Regional Court, together with the Akmolinsk Regional Universal Scientific Library held a presentation of the book judges retired Meiram Gibadilov "Judges - the defenders of the Fatherland." The presentation took place in the reading room of the library.

Specialized Inter-district Economic Court of the Akmolinsk region, having considered the individual entrepreneur legal claim to the public utilities on the right of business "Kokshetau Zhylu" on recovery a forfeit and the exchange rate difference, granted it partially.

The court found that the parties concluded a contract for the supply of steel removal. The defendant paid the value of the goods in full, but out of time.

For 5 months of 2016 Esilsky district court of the Akmolinsk region considered 238 civil cases, 13 of them are disputes settled in the mediation procedure, 3 - with the settlement of amicable agreement.

Mediation in court is carried out in accordance with the Law "On Mediation", and with the features laid down by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Specialized administrative court of Kokshetau of the Akmolinsk region for two months (April-May 2016) considered 48 materials on the application of preventive restrictions of movement freedom against 48 citizens.

The court found that these citizens do not have documents proving their identity and permanent residence, nowhere do not work and live on a random and temporary jobs, they do not have housing, lead a vagabond life.
