Arshaly District Court of the Akmolinsk region for the 1st half of 2016 considered 60 administrative cases

Arshaly District Court of the Akmolinsk region over the past six months considered 61 administrative cases against the offenders for committing an administrative offense stipulated by Article 608 part 1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences (Driving a vehicle driver in a state of alcoholic, narcotic, and (or) toxic intoxication) .

According to the medical examination conclusion, the offenders were in a state of mild alcohol or drugs intoxication.

By the Court Decision against 61 offenders ruled decisions on recognition  them guilty of committing of an offense stipulated by Article 608 part 1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses, and each is imposed an administrative penalty in the form of deprivation of right to drive vehicles for 3 years.
