Judges of the Zhambyl regional court explain legislative innovations concerning the judicial system

Judge of the Zhambyl regional court Gulnara Asylbek held a round table in which judges, mediators of the NGO "Mediation and Rights Center" Bitemger "," International Human Rights Center "," Public Protection ", representatives of the Chamber of Notaries, the Chamber of Private officers of the court, ‘Taraz-su’, ‘Zhambyl Zhylu’, ‘Zhasyl El-Taraz’, ‘Tarazenergencenter’ and ‘KazTransGas Aimak’.

Asylbek G. noted in her report about the provisions of the pilot project of the Supreme Court, explained its goals, objectives, principles and procedure for mediation.

"

The participants of the Roundtable discussed the advantages of implementation the mediation institution in order of pre-trial settlement of disputes on collection of debts for consumed utilities. They noted that the use of mediation contributes to the strengthening of partnerships, makes it possible to avoid a lengthy judicial process, and preserves the confidentiality of business information.
