Judges of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the V International conference on administrative law

Today in the capital of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan in Bishkek city began V International scientific-practical conference on "Administrative justice as a pledge of modernization the public administration."

The event is organized by the Kyrgyz Republic jointly with the German society for international cooperation.

In the conference participated representatives of state bodies, non-governmental organizations, judges and scholars from Germany, Austria, Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.

The Republic of Kazakhstan at the conference represented judges of the Supreme Court Kalashnikova I.A., Ismailov E.Zh, Deputy Minister of Justice Baymoldina Z.H., the staff of the Supreme Court, Ministry of Justice, as well as scientists.

At the conference discussed the issues of development of administrative legislation in some states, administrative procedures, administrative court proceedings, as well as the role and importance of administrative justice in a legal state.

Continuation of the conference will be held on November 14 of the current year
