In Bishkek held XI meeting of the Council of chairmen of Supreme Arbitration, Economic and other courts

October 9, 2014 in Bishkek city, the delegation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan composed of the chairman of supervisory judicial board on civil and administrative cases Abdykadyrov E.N., judges Sarsenbayev A.O. and Suleimenova W.A. participated in the eleventh meeting of the Council of chairmen of Supreme Arbitration, Economic and other courts, cases of disputes in the economies field of CIS member states.

During the meeting discussed current issues arising in the judicial practice of CIS countries: the establishment of force majeure by the courts in the resolution of economic disputes, calculation limitation term presentation of foreign judgments for enforcement, the problems of uniformity of law enforcement practice in the consideration of economic disputes.

Supreme Court justice Suleimenova W.A. made a presentation on the topic: "Pre-trial settlement as a mandatory step resolution of economic disputes."

In addition, October 9 of the current year in Bishkek city held a visiting session of the Plenum of CIS Economic Court.

At the meeting, the Chairman of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Mami is given the rank of honorary employee of the Economic Court of CIS.
