There was a meeting of the Kazakh delegation with the chairman of the Supreme Court of Uzbekistan Sh. Gaziev, during which the parties exchanged views on the reforms taking place in the judicial systems of the two countries.

The chairman of the highest judicial authority of Uzbekistan showed interest in the achievements of the judicial system of Kazakhstan on the wide introduction of electronic legal proceedings, ensuring openness and accessibility of justice, observance of the rule of law, protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of man and citizen.

The Kazakhs demonstrated to their colleagues the technology of functioning of modern information technologies introduced into the domestic legal proceedings, visiting the Tashkent regional and city civil courts during the trip, the inter-district civil courts for the Mirobad and Mirzo-Ulugbek districts of Tashkent, as well as the Zangiotinsky inter-district court for civil cases of the Tashkent Region. The judges of Kazakhstan studied the practice and experience of colleagues in civil cases in a reduced procedural period, in particular, no later than 10-20 days after the completion of the preparation of cases for trial. The practice of issuing court orders is considered, which contributes to the reduction of judicial burden. Thus, the court system of a neighboring country has introduced the issuance of court orders electronically, as a result of which the production of a judicial act takes no more than 5 minutes.

As a result of the trip, the sides noted the importance and usefulness of such communication, expressed their readiness for further joint work and expansion of cooperation between the courts of our countries.
