In Specialized Inter district Juvenile court of Astana city held a round table with the participation of the Chairman of the court Razzaq N.R., judge Kern I.I., representatives of the prosecutor of Saryarkinsky district of Astana city, Department for the Execution of Judicial Acts of Astana city, employees the criminal-executive  inspection of Astana city, DIA of Astana city, specialist of СR and  apostilization  justice department of Astana city, representatives of Specialized baby house and orphanage of Astana city, lawyers, legal advice juvenile of Astana city.

The Chairman of the court Razzaq N.R. opened the round table and congratulated colleagues and guests with a national holiday the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

With government officials were discussed the order of execution of court decisions in criminal, civil, administrative cases. In particular, is failure to give notice of acceptance of the execution of the act CCES bodies, untimely execution of evidence.

For the provision of the confirmation of the registration of the adopted child in the primary accounting and conclusions about the validity of the adoption made ​​a presentation the representative of the guardianship authority Kozhakhmetova D.T.

During the round table touched upon proper notice by the authorities of Registry Office of civil enforcement of judgments acts.

The round table participants expressed the need to preserve the confidentiality of adoption in the taking of state bodies of the data on adopted children, including in the direction of the execution of court decisions on the issue of adoption agencies in the Registry Office, the prosecutor's office, the guardianship authorities, through the base UAIAS, UEDMS.

According to the results of the round table and the issues discussed were recommendations aimed at protecting the interests of minor children.
