The delegation from Kazakhstan took part in the International Congress on the jurisprudence in Turkey

October 17-19, 2016 in Istanbul (Turkey) there was an International Congress on Jurisprudence. At the opening ceremony of the Congress the President of Turkey, R. T. Erdogan, Minister of Justice of Turkey Bekir Bozdag, Minister of Justice of Azerbaijan Fikrat Mammadov, Minister of Justice of Afghanistan Basir Haidari, and Minister of Justice of Somalia Abdullahi Ahmed Jamal made a welcome address.

The delegations from 47 countries, numbering 210 people, including the Chairmen and members of the Constitutional Councils, General Prosecutor’s officers, Courts, Bars, Academy of Justice, representatives of government agencies, academic and business circles took part in the Congress.

Within the framework of the Congress was held 21 meetings, covered a wide range of topics relating to criminal law, international law, international arbitration courts, mediation, protection and promotion of investments, accelerating judiciary procedures, and training of judges, to conduct an effective investigation, bilateral and multilateral international treaties, competition in international tenders, ombudsment, legal problems of refugees, victims' rights, mediation in criminal proceedings, etc.

The Chairman of the Constitutional Council I.Rogov, Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council A.Smolin, Chairman of the Almaty district court of Astana city G.Nasirdinov, rector of the Academy of Justice of the Supreme Court M.Beybitov made presentations.

Following the results of the Congress, it was noted that terrorism is the primary threat to all countries in combating terrorism requires international cooperation, the fight against terrorism must be carried out within the framework of the rights and freedoms of citizens. The resolution and settlement of regional / international conflicts through equal dialogue and peaceful negotiations.

It has been recommended the development of cooperation between judicial and law enforcement authorities of countries in combating such types of crimes as the financing of terrorism, cyber-crime (computer crime), trade in drugs, trafficking in persons, as well as better coordination in the fight against international organized crime groups.
