Courts Administrator of WKR and KazIITU signed a Memorandum on Cooperation

In Uralsk, Kazakhstan University of Innovative and Telecommunication Systems and Courts Administrator in the West Kazakhstan region signed a memorandum on cooperation.

The rector of the Kazakh University of Innovative and Telecommunication Systems Akserik Aytimov and Head of Courts Administrator in the West Kazakhstan region Rakhimkulov Aitmagambetov signed the memorandum.

The rectors, doctors of economic sciences, associate professors and professors of public higher education institutions of the western region took part in the Memorandum signing ceremony.

The Memorandum was concluded within the framework of the practical implementation of objectives and principles of "Concept of Legal Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan," ensure industrial-innovative development of the country, enhancing its intellectual potential and judicial training of the new formation.

The parties agreed to support the development of cooperation via the organization of joint scientific research on the basis of specific contracts, exchange of scientific information, scientific articles and works. On participation in scientific conferences, seminars, round tables, audio and video conferences, and the organization of joint training courses on the basis of modern information technologies, the release of information publications, textbooks and teaching aids, electronic textbooks. On the involvement of practicing judges, members of the judiciary to give lectures, coordination of working curricula for elective disciplines plans, introduction of disciplines in the educational process "Oratorical skill», «Judicial rhetoric." Outbound hearings on the basis of forensic center of Kazakhstan University of Innovative and Telecommunication Systems, in order to improve the dual training system, promote the university students in an internship on the basis of the West Kazakhstan regional court, etc.

The meeting participants noted that the Memorandum laid the groundwork for further mutually beneficial cooperation between the courts of the region and KazIITU contributes to the training of qualified legal personnel.
