The chairman of the North-Kazakhstan Regional Court spoke on the Message from the Head of State

The chairman of the North Kazakhstan regional court Yerlan Aitzhanov spoke at a briefing in the regional central communications service on the Message of the President of the country to the people of Kazakhstan.

Speaking to journalists, Ye. Aitzhanov noted that the strategic document outlined a clear vision of the country's further development at a new stage. It consists of five main priority areas. For each priority separately, reflected in the Message, the Head of State set specific tasks. The chairman of the regional court paid special attention to the media on the fifth priority - institutional reforms, security and fighting corruption.

The chairman of the regional court emphasized the President's instruction to continue work on reforms aimed at protecting private property, the rule of law and ensuring equality for everyone before the law. It is also entrusted to humanize the administrative and criminal legislation. Administrative fines must be fair and proportionate to the committed offense. It is planned to carry out further work to reduce sanctions for violations in the business sphere. Economic structures with a low degree of public danger will be decriminalized.

"In front of the judicial community, the President sets the task of increasing the confidence in the judicial system. It is important to exclude any undue influence on the judges’ activities. The fulfillment of this particular task is our main goal, "Ye. Aitzhanov said.
