Judges of Kostanai region spoke about timely implementation of the project on the use of compulsory mediation for certain categories of civil cases

At the last in the branch of the Central Communications Service under the President RK briefing the chairman of the Kostanay regional court Aslambek Mergaliev informed journalists on the establishment of the judicial system for the 25 years of Independence of the Republic.

A.Mergaliev told in detail what reforms were implemented during this period of time: status of the judge improved, the role of courts and judges in the development of the democratic process has significantly increased, the establishment of the legal state.

Chairman of the division for criminal cases of the regional court Arman Shamshiev, speaking of the VII Congress work, announced the tasks set by the Head of the State before the judiciary corps of the country, focusing on the rule of law.

Chairman of the division for Civil Cases of the Regional Court Vladimir Dolgih answering questions about the advantages of the use of conciliation procedures, and increase in the number of cases considered by using mediation. At the present time in the order of mediation by the courts of Kostanay region considered 1340 civil, 779 administrative and 865 criminal cases. Speaking about the effectiveness of the judicial mediation, one of the reasons for the positive dynamics, the speaker called the ability of the judge professionally to reconcile the parties, correctly to clarify and find the right words in order to avoid conflict.

According to V. Dolgikh, from 1 January 2017 plans to implement a pilot project under which certain categories of cases the use of mediation is necessary. In particular, family and marriage, labor disputes, disputes under loan agreements, etc. According to the speaker, it is correct and timely decision. If the mediation procedure is obligatory, it will bring more results primarily to the elimination of conflict in society.
