Broadening the sphere of application of the state language

Within the celebration of the Day of Languages ​​of the peoples of Kazakhstan in Karaganda regional court was held a workshop on the theme: "Improving the quality of judicial acts and documents of the office in the state language."

In the work workshop was attended by judges, heads and employees of the offices of the district and equivalent courts.

The judge of the regional court Totai Erimbetov noted that the courts intensified their efforts in the direction of broadening the sphere of application of the Kazakh language in the internal document circulation. Also, he shared his personal experience in the use of certain words and complex turns in the preparation of legal documents.

During the workshop, it summed up the contest among district and city courts in the model study of the Kazakh language. The winner of the honorary contest was recognized Specialized Inter-district administrative court of Karaganda city. All participants of the contest, as well as the judiciary employees, who contributed to the development of the state language, awarded with diplomas and certificates.

The workshop participants discussed current and prospective issues of the document processing in the courts in the state language and adopted recommendations to improve the quality of its application.
