In Atyrau regional court there was a "round table", where participants discussed the problematic issues when the implementation of new rehabilitation and bankruptcy mechanisms.

Opening the meeting, the coordinator of educational programs of the regional court judge G.Nurzhigitova stopped on the features of the latest developments in the Rehabilitation and bankruptcy law. Also she drew attention to issues relating to the mechanism of bringing to the vicarious liability of the founders and leaders of the debtor.

In the course of the "round table" the administrator for the procedure bankruptcy D.Esengalieva and representative of the department of rehabilitation of bankruptcy of the State Revenue Department E.Ongarova made reports and familiarized listeners with administrator work practices to detect signs of intentional false bankruptcy of enterprises in bankruptcy and rehabilitation procedures , on bringing the heads (founders) to vicarious liability.

The judge of the Economic Court M.Sembin presented the report, which described the existing bankruptcy practice in their court, and highlighted the aspects of interaction the court and managers.
