Atyrau Regional Court has developed Methodic recommendations on the application of conciliation procedures in consideration of civil cases with drawing the tables schemas based on the characteristics of each type of mediation procedures, the category of the case and with samples of procedural documents.

Recommendations are intended for use by judges of the region within the framework of the legislation application on conducting mediation procedures in civil cases.

In the courts of the Atyrau region conciliation procedure is successfully entered in the judicial practice, and when consideration of civil cases the judge recommend the parties to resort to conciliation. For 4 months of 2016 of the considered 4814 civil cases, 429 - ended by the use of conciliation procedures, 44 of them - with the settlement agreement, 262 – with mediation procedure and 13 - participatory agreement.

Methodic recommendations are sent to all the region courts for practical guidance.
