In Atyrau, the court annulled the death certificate

Atyrau City Court considered an unusual civil case.

A resident of one of the rural districts of the Atyrau region E.Pridanova for a long time did not communicate with her relatives. After a few years for admission to a crisis center for women on domestic violence she learned that since 2010, she is listed ... dead.

E.Pridanova went to the court, deciding to restore her rights in order to cancel the record of the death certificate.

Court has found that six years ago when conducting operatively-search works woman relatives identified on photographs the corpse as E.Pridanova and later one of her nieces has received certificate of her death. However, the woman relatives in the courtroom identified the applicant as their sister and aunt.

The court in the totality of the evidence collected satisfied E.Pridanova’s claims for cancellation of act record of her death.

The court decision came into legal force.
