Announced the verdict against the staff of the Department of the criminal-executive system in Aktobe region

Today, in Aktobe court №2 announced the verdict against Kabylov S.B., ex-chief of the institution SC-168/4 of the Department of the criminal-executive system in Aktobe region and A.B. Nazarov, a ex- chief of operations of the UCA -168/4 indicted on p.4 Article 311 paragraph "b" of the Criminal Code RK on the fact of taking a bribe of $ 2 thousand dollars.

By preliminary investigation previously is found that the former chief of the institution SC-168/4 was arrested on May 13, 2014 by employees of financial police upon receiving a bribe from a convict in the amount of 370 thousand tenge, through an intermediary, the ex-chief of operations section.

At the trial court action defendants reclassified with part 4 n "b" on p.2 Article 311 the Criminal Code RK.

The court, having examined the evidence in the case and after hearing the arguments of the parties, convicted Kabylov S.B. and Nazarov A.B. in committing an offense under Part 2 of the Criminal Code Article 311 and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 4 years, with deprivation to hold public office for a period of 4 years, with confiscation of property, in penitentiary settlement of a general regime. 

By the court to the Department of the criminal-executive system in Aktobe region, financial police, the Prosecutor's Office of Aktobe region made ​​private ruling inappropriate rules of criminal procedure in the course of the preliminary investigation.
