In Mangistau regional court on 26-27 September 2014 began a regional training workshop on mediation with judges of Mangistau, Atyrau, Kostanay and Aktobe regions. Workshop is organized by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the United Nations Development Programme in the framework of the project "Implementation of the mediation institution in the Republic of Kazakhstan" involving Kazakhstan coaches mediators.

The workshop was attended by a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the coordinator of the joint project with the United Nations Development Programme, " Implementation of the mediation institute in the Republic of Kazakhstan" U.Suleymenova, professional mediator Center "Mediation and alternative dispute resolution," coach H.Sharifbaeva and coaches mediators.

In Mangistau regional court is equipped the office to implement procedures to reconcile the parties in the mediation procedure. Organized the work of judges to implement conciliation procedures also by the order of the chairman of the regional court are approved judges participating in the pilot project.
