In the Akmolinsk region, the court settled an amicable agreement and the illegally dismissed teacher was reinstated at work

Zh. went to Korgalzhyn District Court of the Akmolinsk region with a legal claim on recognizing the director of a children's music school order unlawful on dismissal, reinstatement at work, recovery of wages and social benefits for the time of forced absence, and payment of arrears for annual work leave.

The court found that Zh., working as head of the administrative arm in a children's music school, was in hospital for six months. In this connection, the director of the educational institution dismissed her. Disagreeing with such director decision, Zh. went to the court.

In court, the headmaster and the plaintiff concluded an amicable agreement, under which the former - reinstating the plaintiff in the previous position, pays her wages and social benefits for the time of forced absence, as well as debts for annual work leave, and the latter - refuses legal claims.

The court settled an amicable agreement between the parties, civil proceedings were dismissed.
